Who am I?
Hi! I’m Ava!
My fitness journey started in my garage during COVID, lifting no more than 15 pounds because my mom was afraid I’d turn into a couch potato. At first, I hated it. But the first time I saw a bicep pump in the mirror, something clicked.
When I finally got my first gym membership in high school, I had no idea what I was doing. I skipped cardio, avoided stretching, ignored protein, and injured myself more times than I can count. Honestly, I was just there for the vibes. By senior year, though, I started to learn what progress really takes—and surrounding myself with supportive gym friends made all the difference.
College tested me in ways I didn’t expect. I let excuses and personal struggles pull me away from my health. I lost myself in unhealthy habits and fell into a dark period. Even then, I never left the gym. It became my outlet, the place where I could fight back against my own struggles.
It took severe health concerns for me to decide if I wanted to live differently, I had to commit. I cleaned up my lifestyle, took my nutrition seriously, and pushed myself harder than ever before. Slowly, I learned that discipline beats motivation, that progress is built on consistency, and that showing up—no matter how you feel—changes everything.
The gym gave me my life back. It taught me that nothing changes if nothing changes. Over time, I rebuilt myself stronger, healthier, and more focused than I ever imagined. I’ve put on nearly 30 pounds of lean mass, but more importantly, I’ve built resilience, confidence, and a mindset that won’t break.
Now, as an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, I want to give that same gift back to others. My mission is to help people create sustainable habits, push past their own limitations, and find joy and strength in fitness the way I did. My approach is affordable, realistic, and tailored to your lifestyle because everyone deserves the chance to feel strong inside and out.

I coach clients to gradually build stamina through structured training and smart recovery, whether their goal is a race, a sport, or simply having more energy to keep up with life. My belief is that endurance is earned by consistently showing up, one rep and one step at a time.

SAQ (Speed. Agility, Quickness) training builds explosiveness, coordination, and athletic performance. Whether you’re an athlete or just want to move sharper and faster, my philosophy is to train with purpose using drills that improve reaction time, footwork, and body control. It’s about moving efficiently and unlocking potential you didn’t know you had.

As a personal trainer, I am not permitted to give direct protocols for diet. However, I can give general recommendations and tips to reaching your goals.

Your deposit will be subtracted from your total when you purchase your plan. It is to protect my business, but it is not an additional cost. You will not receive it back if you decide not to purchase a plan but have gone through all the onboarding materials.
